I’ve always believed that the culture we’ve built, and the way we embrace the engineering journey together, is the secret to KCL’s growth and success. That’s why I’m proud to share that KCL Engineering has been recognized as one of the Top Workplaces for Engineers in 2025 by Engineering.com, earning 4th place nationwide in the small company category.

This recognition is especially meaningful to KCL because it’s based on feedback from our own team of engineers across the country. The survey results confirmed what we feel every day: we’ve built a place where teammates genuinely enjoy working together. There’s a sense of camaraderie and fun that runs through everything we do. The work may be complex and demanding, but we take it on together and find satisfaction in the process.

One of the things I value most about KCL is the trust we place in our people. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Everyone is encouraged to work in a way that suits them best. We celebrate individual strengths, and recognize that flexibility is a key ingredient to long-term success.

This recognition also comes at an exciting time. As KCL grows into new markets and opens new office locations, we’re expanding the reach of our brand of consulting engineering.
